my boy does this on my neck, my lips, my hand, legs, earlobs, I love it sometimes but sometimes I'll push him off to the blanket, my boy has done this since I got him at 12 weeks and he's now 6 months. I love it only because he enjoys it and its bonding.
I always heard 6 months I got my boy at 17 weeks and I'm still nervous to get him neutered my vet wants to do it when he gets a little bigger my concern is if you do neuter too soon they can develop urinary tract infections and it can cause crystal formations and that can be no good you best bet...
I'm wanting to collar my boy but I'm not sure how what can irritate the skin, I know my breeder said to have a soft underlining for direct contact with the skin but most collars come with plastic buckles or metal buckles and I'm not quite so sure if that would hurt my boy I'm looking for input...
I guess I'm not too concerned with him he's my only pet and he won't have any periods, vets say 5/6 months or by how much weight I think 5/6 pounds but I'm just worried because he's quite little and they can get urinary tract infections I work with my breeder and our contract so I make sure...
I read that I'm also worried if I don't get it all off that he will get a skin rash or it irritate his skin I have a shower sprayer that I can adjust to a lower setting so it will be soft on his skin so I don't have to use the cup
I have everything ready I have the gloves I have washrags I have cups and clean towels I might see how the baby shampoo goes and I might try the other stuff soon it all depends on how this goes for us thank you Patti!
So I've had my boy for week now, I've been wiping him down throughout the week with unscented baby wipes, I've cleaned his ears, I'm going to have to clip his nails again, but what I'm getting at is he is getting dirty and I'm wanting to start him in the bath probably tomorrow night just to see...
Oh she's gorgeous, my new baby is about the same age just slightly younger, I feed him raw food but I do it by weight and just slightly more because he is a growing boy/ and to keep his calorie count up, as for isoflurane if that's a anesthetic its probably better than ketamine as sphynx have...
LOL my naked hates the springs his pounced on one it got stuck around his paw hasn't touched them since, his favorite is da bird, his rope on the cat tree and anything with feathers or that makes a rattle noise!
I got mine at bed bath and beyond, it auto shuts off after 6 hours, its just really big so it has two plug in sides I leave the one side I sleep on lower than my boys side so he sleeps over on the other side than on me lol
I have just gotten my elf boy this week I picked him up Tues and haven't bathed him yet I'm waiting to build trust, I brought him home and wiped him down with unscented baby wipes and cleaned his ears, hoping your week goes by pretty quick, I know mine didn't
Oh gosh I know ELF's have thicker ears too so sometimes they can be a pain but so worth it sometimes too his ears look like little horns haha when he is making trouble
