overbite

Hi there I was wondering if anyone has seen this before? My one year old Sphynx has developed these cuts/marks on his mouth that look like little fang marks? He doesn't have bad breathe or any teeth decay etc Is it possible he is developing some sort of under bite and his teeth may be somehow...
