sphynx tale blackheads

I tried to search in the forum, but there are a lot of topic, i was lost. So, my cats tale is really full of blackheads, 1 year old boy. I can see even the under skin is swollen on few parts, so it must hurt him very badly. sometimes it gets red. he doesnt let me remove the blackheads - though...
