Hi guys! I found this lady on ebayclassifieds few days ago. here is a link 18 month old hairless sphynx female | Ann Arbor | eBay Classifieds (Kijiji) | 3371342
She is asking for her $700 in that add, but when I emailed her she said she's willing to give her away in a good home for $500. The reason why she's giving her for adoption is that someone in a family has a allergies - thats what it says on the add.
I didn't ask about health of a kitty or anything like that, Im 8 hours away and don't have such money, but I hope that somebody here can help her out.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam! they've posted TWICE (that ive personally seen) on CL's with the same song and dance! i contacted them and was SOO hopeful to adopt their kitty but was asking for MONEY NOT a good home!!!! they've been flagged and booted off craigslist. i live 45 mins from them and my Fiancee is on the CL pet board daily he's seen them pretty often, but always flagged and/or quickly removed!

they claim their daughter is allergic (or used to).

I contacted them, and offered to rehome the kitty. they wanted money. i ask i'm sorry, but i have a standing contact w/ a breeder for a $300 pure bred sphynx (my kitty was sick, so shes offering me one for $300) i explained this to them and said if they simply wanted a good home i would take the cat. in reply the man said "oh i wish i knew someone i could get a $300 sphynx from"- but that doesn't make sense if your kid is allergic, why would you want another???!!?? odd

its a scam!
