Woke up this morning to massive bumps absolutely everywhere on my kitten and I'm wondering if these are insect bites, or food allergy related or if anyone has seen anything like this before
They just look miserable and want to do something to make them go away

That does not look comfortable! If you are concerned, the vet will always be the best bet!
Hopefully it goes away!

Often they are from food allergies. They are quite large compared to many we see. You might want to call your vet

Yes, definitely go to the vet, and let us know how the visit goes. It could definitely be allergies – most likely to food (chicken is the first allergen Sphynx will generally experience, but other proteins can cause it as well). It could also be environmental allergies – but best to rule out food first.

Let us know how it goes. Sending you positive vibes.
