Anyone doing rescue in SoCal?

If anyone does rescue or knows anyone in rescue in the SoCal/Sacramento area, can you please pm me?

I may be waiting for a Sphynx kitten, but my other breed is Egyptian Mau. I got an urgent email about a confescation that includes 4 Mau, an OSH, Chaussies, Savannahs and Bengals. They need help but I'm in PA clean across the country. If you think you can help, please pm me and I can put you in touch with the point person on this who has all the details. I read they are all young and sociable but health evals aren't complete and euth is already moving forward for some.

I saw the post on the TICA MP list.
They got over 50 cats.
How sad it says they will kill the ones that are sick unless someone will foster them.
We have a purebred rescue here.
I am going to see if any of my friends that fopster can help.

I heard the same. They said most are young and sociable, of the 34 that have had some evaluation they are not seeing ringworm, some have diarrhea and are skinny and I think they are at greatest risk of euth.

I was told there are 4 smoke Maus. I really wish I could get them out!

Mews2Much...if you hear anything about the Maus will you let me know? My heart is just not cut out for rescue, I get too emotional. Even now, it really kills me that I'm too far away to do anything.

I used to save ferals.
It is hard.
I posted this in TCS maybe someone there can help.
I know some Mau breeders.
They are in TCS along with Aby and Bengal breeders.
I sure would hate for more of them to be pts.
