Its definately okay to put a water adhesive tattoo your kitty.. But check out this guy...

Owner of a Sphynx cat had a tattoo put on the animal’s chest Greenwich Diva: Keeping it "REAL" in Greenwich, Connecticut, and around the WORLD

The cat was anaesthetised for three hours to get this tattoo... I cannot believe the owner would put his kitty under just to make him a fashion statement..... I don`t think real tattoos are good for pets!!!! UGGH! People do some pretty strange stuff....
