You can always use a face cloth in some water/soap solution. Then wipe with a clean wet one to wash off the extremely diluted soap.
I'm not sure about if it is enough though. So hopefully someone else can help
If you want to try baths again, you can always start by just putting her in the empty tub; getting her used to it. Don't force her to stay, just keep doing it. I put Astrid in the tub everytime I get ready. She no longer jumps out immediately and now it's routine; if I'm getting ready she is in the tub. So that might help her see the tub is not scary.
And if you want to "win" the bath fight: if you make a peace sign, put her neck between the fingers and rest the other fingers (like unmake the peace sign once the back on her neck is between the gap) and palm on her back, you will have full control. You just add a bit of downward pressure and she will be unable to grip the tub. As long as you do not push her into the tub with crazy force, she can't get hurt. My dad did it all the time with the furry cat, Raja hated the water but had to be bathed because my dad is allergic and it helped. I personally would try the reintroducing the tub first though, this works well if she absolutely needs a bath though.
We have seen members struggle at bath time. Some say their babies are complete terrors in the tub lol. My best tip is using exfoliating gloves helps get a better grip and go in confident. If you want to try bathing again this link might help. Bathing your Sphynx Cat and why.
Our breeder uses waterless shampoos. That is another option if you feel they are not clean enough.
I feel your pain, Sinatra says water is the devil and even when run the water to take a shower he goes ballistic and runs away. Giving them a baby wipe bath is good.
