Biting problem

Hey seeks help on my sweet cat bites a three and a half months and most of the time she bites her arms attacks toes I have twins aged two and it hurts them enough How can you solve this problem: Hysterical: only that she was asleep she gives to caress her or she bites is a problem Za possible repair

I have a two year old and Jack mostly bites him often, BUT most of the time my son did something to deserve it. I am not going to punish for when he is defending himself.

Jack does also play really rough and I do punish him for biting then, usually just stopping playing with him and he understands.
