So Chakra has some welt like bumps behind her ear and they are decent sized. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this with their sphynx before and what it is? I’m attaching a couple pictures

They look to me to be irritation from scratching. Vicious cycle, because the irritation causes more itching usually. You can try moisturizing with some olive oil or coconut oil. It might smooth the irritation and will help repair the skin.

Could be allergy too. New laundry detergent?

It does look like maybe an allergy they look a bit like hives which I personally get from some of my allergies. I would say keep them clean and stop her itching or scratching them if they are bothering her and I would get a vet to check her over. Maybe do some.allergy tests etc and see if they can figure it out.

I’m thinking she maybe ate a couple pieces of my dogs food and she does have an allergy to grain food so I feed her and Anubis grain free but the dog food has grains and there may have been some pieces left over after they ate so that may be it. It doesn’t seem to bother her and she isn’t scratching it at all and it’s starting to go away so I’m hoping it was just a mild allergy

Aggie gets those when her ears are waxy and she is scratching at them or her allergies are acting up and scratching. Other than that they go away in a day or two.
