Cats can't taste sweet or sugary foods due to a faulty sweet receptor gene.Scientists believe this is related to the cat's diet being naturally high in protein, though it is unclear whether it is the cause.

Mugs- that's what i was thinking! Whenever i'm eating a nutrigrain bar, pop tart, and chocolate! i would have totally thought they had a sweet tooth! humm.. maybe it is the smell :)

I dunno....last night I walked away from the table for a minute and found Qwerty going at the icing on my cucpake. I know it's not good for him, so I obviously stopped him, but he was quite happy :p
