Hi everyone,

My cat Kendrick has had this rash for about a week, I have tried giving her cat Benadryl in hopes it was perhaps allergies and there is no change.

Her diet has no changed at all her food has been the same. She gets a bath every two weeks and has been for the last 10 years.

Any advice? Thank you xx

One of mine went thru something similar last year. We never did figure out what it was but anyway the vet recommended a medicated shampoo and it worked. I had to bathe him more frequently (every 3-4 days) to keep him clear. I would recommend seeing the vet because there's more than one medicated shampoo depending. The vet can figure out which one. She might also benefit from an injection to relive the problem right away and then the shampoo can be for maintenance. I can't even remember what the injection was but your vet can figure it out.

You're welcome. I'm sorry I don't remember more but it was just last year. I thought he might have the same problem again this year if it was caused by pollen or something like that, but this year he's been fine.
