Mine have a whole vocabulary of sounds--they cluck, chirp, trill and when they are stalking a fly and it's too high to reach, they open their mouths and make this semi-silent clicking/meowing noise. I think they are swearing because they can't reach the darn thing. LOL

Tanker used to make a trilling noise like a machine gun as he watched birds at our feeders. Our DSH are not as vocal.

Hibou does it too...mind you she keeps trying to get them, you can see her looking all around to see if there anything she could use to reach them...
Yes chirping, trilling, squeeking, meowing, all those noises
Hibou Squeeks when you pick her up. I used to worry that I was hurting her,, but since she does it all the time, I have stopped worrying about it.

Ive know several furry cats who squeak or honk or do some odd noise when you pick them up. and it doesnt matter how fat they are lol

Oh how funny.
We have 3 Siamese, who are by nature very vocal...but none of them sounds like Keemo. She also "swears" when she can't reach something, and often makes the same sound when she is getting ready to do something that she isn't supposed to. Such a funny little cat!

I swear Loki is half pigeon. He rarely makes meowing sounds, just a variety of bird sounds. I love it.
