@dodocats thanks for sharing. Now I understand why my FAVORITE color in the whole wide world is light pink! It relaxes me and makes me so happy. I even painted my living room, dining room and hallway pink! I used to have a pink carpet in there, but got rid of it two years ago because I hate carpeting. No more carpets here.

Oh that must be so nice @GoldHazel! We are currently in the processing of getting rid of our carpet on the upstairs, second level. It's like 30% done..and we should be able to finish the next bit before a new kitten comes home. So excited!!!

@Nicolemorgan, it is difficult to get major work done in the house with pets...especially cats. Right after we got Liam, we had major work done to the living room, dining room, foyer, hallway and 1st floor half bath. I had to keep Liam locked in my room until the work was complete. He used to cry and cry for me during the day so I'd leave a radio on for him (which he loves) and I'd go up to hug and kiss him throughout the day (which he loves). :)

Awh, you are such a good momma @GoldHazel! <3
Yeah, none of the animals like when we close them out from somewhere. Haha. We are doing it ourselves, so at least we can do it slow, and one room at a time. We are going to start the third room soon (which is another bedroom). I am sure we will run into some trouble once we start the bonus room...as it will be a bit harder to block them off. Maybe Nicole can be on work duty and I'll be on cuddling with animal duty :p Haha
