Cost of ProBNP blood test

I put in a claim to the insurance company for this blood test. It cost $379.90. Can anyone else across the country or world, share what the cost was in their area? The test was taken mid-New Jersey.
I’m not quite sure how to make this a poll.

Thanks. Insurance company told me my cost was more than usual and customary amount. I asked to see their chart of acceptable prices and was told it was proprietary. Thereupon I decided to do my own chart plotting of average amounts: US and worldwide (I can do the currency conversions). When I calm down I will have a post of continuing care and preexisting condition discussions. :/(
