Hey everyone,
I love my bambino, Piglet. She is the greatest pet ever but unfortunately she is always sick and she is only 2. She had a cold day 1 when I recieved her and keeps getting worse.
In March 2014 one of her blue eyes started to turn green. I took her to many vets and it was monitored closely. We tried many treatments but it kept getting worse. It developed blood clots on the inner cornea then glaucoma until it eventually burst. She is now missing one eye.
In August 2014 she starting rolling instead of walking. As a biology student I knew that this was a neurological symptom and took her to the best hospital in the country right away. After a day she couldn't walk. It has been a couple months now and she is walking but has difficulty since she wobbles and she has a rather silly jump.
The vets say it is from poor breeding. If that is the case some of you should have a similar story. I still don't know exactly what has caused this even though I have spent a years tuition on vet bills. If it is a case of bad breeding people should be warned. If it's not genetic I'm hoping you guys can help me get to the bottom of it.
Thank you
