Dry skin spots?

hello, im new to sphynx lair so I’m not sure if this topic has been covered. My 2 month old sphynx kitty has developed sore like rashes on his legs. He also has a similar dry spot on his back but it is not bleeding like the ones on his legs are.

He was sick two weeks ago, sneezing, watery eyes, etc. He was given a medication and is still taking it. Im wondering if the rashes are due to medication or if it’s a separate issue. If anyone has insights on what I can do please help!

Sorry to hear your baby has developed sores. Does your baby by chance hang out where things are hot like cable boxes, heaters? Feel free to share pics of all the sores.

Thank you. I posted photos. He hadn’t been around cable boxes or high heat sources until after spots developed, so I don’t think it’s that.
