Hi! Odd question but is it a sign of an ear infection if one ear is significantly more dirty than the other? One of my kittens ear is waxy after cleaning while one is fairly clean for a week. Is that normal?

It could be and could be worth getting checked. But with my boy he sleeps on one side of his head more than the other and the ear he lies on gets dirtier so it could also be nothing but always better to be safe than sorry :)

Agree if you see a possible issue.... time for a check up.

Binkys left ear is always more dirtier than the right! I asked the vet and he said everything was ok just sometimes that can be the case! So maybe just get a wee check up!

Toa and Ross both have one ear that's always more dirty. But that said, it could be a sign of an infection so always good to go for a check if you think something is wrong
