Kramer lives straws, bottles caps & a kangroo we got free with a bottle of shampoo, he's a cheap guy. Newman loves to play with all the expensive toys, flingamastring, the kitty condos & everything in the toy basket, at least I don't feel like I wasted $ anymore! Lol
Yes, definitely Undercover Mouse!! I just bought a second one because they wore the first one out, and they've improved the design since the first version came out. The new one works a lot better. If you get one, look for the package with the photo of the cat on the front of the box instead of a cartoon cat - then you'll know you have the newer one. My cats will play with it for HOURS!!
Meecho goes crazy for her undercover mouse but like Brooke she is on her second one. Although she broke her first one within the first twenty minutes of getting it Her other toy is what I call her "fuzzy". It was a toy I bought at petco that has this fuzzy material with white feathers at the bottom and a piece of yarn with a fish on the end and it is on a long black stick. I have to "fix" it to make it right for her though. I pull the feathers out, yarn and fish off and the stick off and at the end you are left with "fuzzy". She has three of them and I will find them ALL over the house. Then one will disappear and then reappear so I always have extras on stock. I will buy all the ones they have when they come to the store just so I have them on hand. Once she found the secret bag and she was pulling the feathers out so she could make it look like her regular fuzzies I try to stop buying her toys because they just end up in her gravyard box of toys.
Ours love fuzzy balls to play fetch but I think the favorite is our daughters headbands!
They steel them from her dresser and play with them for hours, only problem is when she wants one they are no where to be found!
We're also a big undercover mouse home! You have to supervise them with it, as Phin broke hers by smacking the pants off the motor in the first 15 minutes -- the panic mouse company shipped out a new one plus a bonus mouse tail and a return shipping label for the busted one. I thought that was really classy, since it was totally our fault that it broke. Brooke's right about the picture (out first one had a cartoon cat pic and the new one has the real cat).
The plastic rings of the top of milk jugs and straws are also a hit.
If you can only buy one thing, I would recommend the Bergen Turbo Scratcher. Both the ball part and the center is a hit at my house, and if you have a problem with anyone scratching, put a little catnip on the middle and they'll scratch the cardboard with glee. (Caveat - cattnip doesn't entice most kittens until the are nearly a year old)
Harry likes the wand with a tail on it and any hair ties that I leave lying around. He's got a touch of kitty ADD at the moment and will run back and forth between toys every minutes or so until he gets too tired.
Harley loves Pork skins and my necklaces and my husbands pocket watch to run off with and play...Sambo likes Ponytail bands and his little pink mouse..Cleo seems to like her rribbon...Oba and Nuba don't play yet so can't say...
I really want to get an undercover mouse! I think I'll be getting him that for his *birthday*
Xerxes is now really getting into the catnip mice. He always loves feather wands, I have one that he will put one end in his mouth and run around in circles with it, chasing the feather end, looks like a dog chasing his tail....but it also looks really dangerous, he gets going very fast and I'm scared if he runs it into something the pole will go down his throat
we have cheap small mouse and Alexx goes crazy for it (usually we need more than 1 because he looses them)! it has little balls in so it sounds a bit, and it flies/runs very easy because it's lightweight, so we dont't need no special Undercover Mouse  when we are fed up with Alexx playing we need to hide all the mouses in the house. he'll find them anywhere (no idea how)!
looks like this, but we don't hang them anymore, he gets all the fun chasing it simple around the house.
Scrotie loves anything metallic or with a shine to it. His favorite is a metallic crinkly fish bones toy...suggestion to all; Big Lots has cat toys as cheap as .50 cents!
Gulliver loves the top of the milk jug ring thing and a chain my husband wears around his wrist (it's like the one's you would hang army dogs tags from) and of course he can't resist jumping on the other hairy cats and terrorizing them
