So I'm trying to figure out new things to cook lol tryin to be adventurous for once. I'm a horrible picky eater but I will try new things at least!
But pinterests avocado toast and weird looking internet fad food are not too interesting.

So what is your guys' favourite meal and recipes?

Stuffed spaghetti squash

Slice a spaghetti squash in half length wise...roast it in the oven for approx 30-45 min
Remove from oven and scrape squash ...leaving the squash in the shell
Brown a lb of ground turkey... pour tomato sauce in with ground turkey
Dice some fresh plum tomatoes & chopped fresh basil
add half of the ground turkey and sauce on top of to each side of squash...cover with fresh diced tomatoes and basil...sprinkle on some shredded mozzarella cheese
put back in oven for 15-20 min...until cheese is melted & serve

I suck at recipes because I make them up as I go...I rarely measure ...I eye ball everything...but this is a favorite of mine

Dang Sphynxmoms that sounds so good lol. I have to admit. I love food so I have many favorites. So it kind of depends on what you are looking for. I Love a good chicken breast seared then wrapped in bacon, covered with cheese, onions, and mushrooms then baked in a tomato based sauce. Certainly one of my favorites lol

I also make something like this but I stuff the breast with garden veggie & herb cream cheese...then wrap it in bacon & bake ;)(y)

Sounds simple, but one of the first things I do when I'm getting bored with the same old foods is literally get different foods. I don't mean different recipes, I mean different foods. For instance this morning I ate duck eggs for breakfast instead of chicken. They were delicious!

Oh boy, I'd love to spend a week with you! I LOVE cooking.

Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken (for 1 person -- modify as needed)
Take a halved chicken breast (one half of the whole breast) -- boneless, skinless.
Slice it in half (if you can leave some of it joined, all the better.
Fold it open.
Spread some dijon or honey mustard or whatever type of jarred mustard you like on one side of the internal breast.
Shake some spices on the other side of the internal breast. I use a chicken spice or rub.
Slice up some swiss cheese or emmental, and lay this down on one side of the internal breast.
Fold the two sliced halves together.
Lay out 2 or 3 slices of smoked prosciutto and place the chicken on top.
Carefully wrap the prosciutto around the chicken.
Grease a pan with a bit of butter.
Lay the chicken wrapped in prosciutto in the pan.
Slice up thin bits of butter and spread on top of the chicken.
Cover in foil or a big lid to cover the pan.
Preheat oven to 380 F.
Shove chicken in and Cook for about 50 minutes.

I usually serve with steamed broccoli or steamed asparagus plus a nice medley of brown rice.

Reheats well too!

I get a big piece of aluminum foil, spray it with cooking spray. Then I slice a sweet potato, a white potato, some chopped up cabbage, and a big old sweet onion and pile them on top of each other on the foil. I then add the bottled chopped garlic to the pile. Add a drizzle of olive oil and several pats of butter and some salt and pepper. Fold it up into a pouch and throw it on the grill or in the oven until potatoes are soft to the fork. Yummy! Add a couple packets of burger or pork chops seasoned well, and eat! I also like baking a big pan of root vegetables.....rutabaga, parsnips, carrots, potatoes, add some onions and cook til semi soft. Asparagus lightly sautéed sounds yum too.
