First Sphynx!!

Hi there! I'm so glad I found this group as I'm sure I'll be needing your advice as I'm about to become a Sphynx Mum for the first time.
I have been obsessed with these little naked beauties for years and after much convincing of my boyfriend, he's finally agreed to let me have one. My friend is having to give away one of her sphynx's as he's unhappy in a multi-pet household and approached me to see if I would be willing to take him on. It's like a dream! I'm so excited!
Hopefully, he should be coming to stay at mine for a few weeks on either Thursday or Friday to see how he gets on and if it all goes well I shall be keeping him permanently. I can't contain my excitement!
Expect many pictures upon his arrival.

Big congratz! I promise you, you're life will never be the same again! It changed mine, for better and for worse... I had to learn about having cats in my house, all the dangers I didn't think about. I also started with only one and now I have three. It changes you. What is his name? How old is he? Can't wait to see lots of pics!

Thank you! Luckily I've grown up around many pets so I've got a slight headstart in what to expect but I understand that sphynx's are one on their own haha. The flat that I live in is brand new so there isn't any cat proofing that I need to do really if anything I need to protect my flat from the cat! haha (should be interesting).
His name is Mouse and he's almost 3 years old. My friend rescued him originally from a household where he was being attacked by family dogs he was being pinned down and they were biting his ears so now he's got little cauliflower ears . However, after living at my friends for quite a while she's noticed that he simply isn't happy in her multi-pet household so fingers crossed its 3rd time lucky for little Mouse.

highly recommend using same food and litter and style litter box and cat beds etc for a smooth transition.
