Oh my, they are both precious! I love the fluff on Nova  I have not got in to the genetics much when it comes to these lovely nakids, and it gets a bit complicated... From what I've read the Devon Rex genes can crop up depending on parentage. The hairless gene is recessive, so inherited from both parents. Maybe one of Nova's grandparents was a bit furrier, which is why the litter was mostly bald but included one fuzzy kitten?

So.. I have2 babies.. each from different breeders

I have nova (red tabby sphynx) who is fuzzy all over - her siblings were bald.

And Travis (bambino x sphynx) who is completely bald..

Why are some fuzzy/Coated.. will nova lose her fur?
I almost wonder if Nova is a pure bread sphynx, is there a change of another breed there?
