Food sensitive and dirty ears

I just took aurora to the vet today her ears would get extremely dirty even after cleaning. They said she has yeast and bacteria and they gave drops to put in every 12 hours. However they said it can be caused by food sensitivity she is currently eating instinct kitten food I need to get new food what sensitive kitten food would y’all recommend?!

@THEBELLATRIX , hugs n head smooches... members will surely chime in with recommendations. wanted to share almost 2 decades ago vet recommended trizultra w/keto to clean ears. never an ear issue again after battling ear problems with pups and kitties.

I dont actually flush ears, I wet round cottons swissper pads and qtips and gently wipe out ears 2x a week. it is dual purpose and be used as a skin flush. I do weekly wipe downs (except the face) using the larger swissper cotton pads wetted with trizultra. really gets the brown off underarms bellies necks, I wipe chins too with it. I can go a long time between full spa days. I get trizultra w/keto online, several different sites. I get the 12 oz bottle for around $17. I like it and they like it too bcz it is nearly scent free unlike other products

having sensitive tummy kitties here for years, and several food trials that can take up to even 12 weeks to see if food works, I switched to Nutrisource cat and kitten food (no recalls touted for gut health ), no recalls. solid poo and no skin ear issues for nearly a decade now.
not sold in big box stores, I get on petflow or small store listed on their store locator link on their site.

each kitty is different, just wanted to chime in what worked for my 4 nakids, bengal and pups.
