Found a kitten from a breeder in Missouri (i'm in Maryland)

Hi All--- I am new here (signed up yesterday) and see that there is tons of great information and advice being given on this site--so thank you!! I have been seriously looking for a Sphynx kitten for a short while after researching for a long while, and am finding that when you look for reputable breeders only that non-reserved kittens are really HARD to find!!! I have found none close to me geographically.
I found a gorgeous kitten named Marco in Missouri. I just wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with any breeders in Missouri? She seems very nice and responsive, and I really like the kitten, but before I send a deposit I thought I should ask...... Thank you all in advance for any help and input!!

About their guarantee, do they scan for HCM, and more. Best Wishes.
