hi there , I purchased this new little bed for Cleo months ago , her favourite bed needed go into the washing machine !
But I needed to know Cleo would use this new bed first !
I’ve done everything to try to entice her into the new bed , I gave up !
But I did put the new bed on my bed everyday
When we went away for the holidays I took both beds and finally she began going in it
Firstly just poking her head in . Then she climbed in and back out a few times
You should see how well padded this little bed is , warm as toast !!
So now after months she is using it , now her favourite bed is being washed
(( shushhhhhh Cleo got her pamper day tomorrow got Claire a suit of armour and gardening gloves ah ha .... only kidding but Cleo isn’t impressed with pamper time I think she could be a tomboy ! ))
Anyway here are a few pictures of Cleo testing out her new bed ...

She is testing she can still have a jolly good nosey around

So happy days
When purchasing new beds is there something you need to do like putting one of her blankets in ? I put a few of her toys in but they made no difference
But during the holidays she was in and out of the empty boxes the children’s toys had been in

Lilith is VERY picky about her bed. It has to be plushy fleece inside or she won't use it. We originally got her one that you could pull the drawstrings on to make it bigger or smaller and after a year of use, it has started to wear out. So the wife and I went to purchase her another one. The company no longer makes it with the plushy fleece. We thought, no big deal, right? WRONG! She hates the new bed. Hates. It. As I write this, she is snuggled in her old natty tatty bed, the new one is laying next to it, unused. lol

Lucifer seemed to like the new bed before he went to spend the night at the Vet. Hopefully his love of it will continue once we get him home.

Haha I think it's something with that bed. I have exactly the same here (only in pink). Now off the cats will sit in it. Ross likes to sit on top of it though

@Toa and Ross wow your brave I wanted the one in pink but I see how quickly my tops need changing in the space of a day ah ha hence dark colour her first one was cream with dark brown cushion inside I swear you would think she worked in the coal mine if you saw it ,, it was embarrassing when I got visitors ah ha
@CuryC anytime you fancy a trip over the big pond you could borrow cleo’s bed or we do have some nice single beds :smuggrin:
@Liliths Dad oh yeah I do understand the bed thing bit like me and my grubby slippers I have new ones but oh these grubby ones are the most comfy slippers in the universe ..

Lucifer is in my sweater now. I only hope this doesn't continue as that means summers will be miserable. His bed is still on the floor by Lilith's and right now, unused by both.

Our babies don’t know how lucky they are to have loving parents who spoil them rotten , lol
I even tried catnip in the new bed lol
