Happy New Year from Oogie and Haley

I'm sorry I haven't posted for a while, it's been a crazy few months!!!! We've moved from Las Vegas to Utah, and are still settling in to our new home here. Both my babies are doing great, Haley is such a character, she couldn't get enough of Christmas - So much paper and ribbons to play with!!!! Oogie is his same old trouble maker self LOL

Thank you! I've been so busy with the rescue that there hasn't been much time for anything else - Rescued 13 IGs from a puppy mill just before Christmas, and I've got 8 more dogs coming in this weekend, my foster homes are getting full! LOL I've also got another rescue Sphynx coming this weekend, poor guy has been kept outside, and has some skin issues I'll have to deal with, only time will tell if he's going to stay forever of if I'll place him in a great new forever home!

Thank you! I HATE PUPPY MILLS!!! That poor baby! Should I knit him a sweater? Poor thing, Who could treat a bald baby like that!?!

I'm sure he'll need clothes, but I don't even know how big he is right now LOL Right now I think he's more in need of a good bath, a good meal, and a trip to the vet to figure out where we need to go from there!

I'm in Willard now, about an hour north of Salt Lake, so not very close to you, was closer when I was still in Vegas! I have a cousin I'm pretty close to in your town! I know right where you are! Eventually I want to move back down south - to cold up in the north end of the state! I do occasionally make trips back to Vegas, maybe we can get together one of those times!

My best friend lives in Kayesville and my dtr in Orem so we will definitely get together. I am excited!

cool! So glad to find someone in my neck of the woods!!!! There's not alot of Sphynx lovers here - but sadly a few bad breeders that place their cats in bad homes! I've taken in 6 rescues this year, kept 2 (Oogie and Haley), lost 1 (my precious Calipso), and placed the other 3 in good homes.

Poor fella!! There's no telling what he must have gone through! I'm so glad he's outta there!!

My hubby and I are looking to adopt another baby... I'm in Indiana, let me know if you get any more in that need a good home.

And Jenny, search Yahoo groups for Sphynx Rescue - There's a Yahoo group with members all over the US, I don't get them very often, have a long list of people I know would make great homes, and prefer to keep the cats I rescue and adopt back out close by, I don't like shipping or putting my rescue cats through really long car rides. But the Sphynx rescue group has them all over the country, you'd be much more likely to find one much closer to you!!!
