Hi I'm Luna and I'm owned by 3 Sphynxs and one 18 year old short haired grey gal.
My cats have gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life... even now listening to my two youngest snoring makes me smile.
My oldest Sphynx, Shiva Dancing's father is part of Sphynx history. His father is George Burns. George is a natural born Sphynx born to 2 long haired barn cats from Tennessee. Shiva was one of his first kittens.
Although he's not famous like his dad and Uncle Ted (Mr Bigglesworth from Austin Powers... Shiva's claim to fame is being in a "B" movie, being the official mascot on a dog site, and posing for pictures with 2 WWE wrestlers! He's a is a wonderful cat who I love dearly. He is smart beyond belief. About 7 years ago he turned diabetic. He seems to understand and purrs when he gets his shots. Right now he is having some health issues, but I'll save that for the proper forum.
My youngest 2 are 3 and a half years old. They are brother and sister. Shiva and Kuma (my 18 year old grey) raised them like their own. My little boy is chocolate brown. His name is Neon Shadow Cat also known as Fleshy, Smooth, and my Chocolate Smoothie. His sister is a lovely calico named Venus Bela Star also known as Bela Bela, Peachy Gal and the Yellow Eyed Demon Cat From Hell...lol
My furry cat is an 18 year old Russian Blue mix named Kuma Neko. She is the first cat I've been owned by that picked me.
If I knew how to load pictures I would.
Originally I had 3 babies. Fleshy and Lalena had a sister named Harmony. A few weeks before I was due to pick her up she was stolen from her breeder. Because of the rarity of the breed the thieves were caught when they tried to take Harmony's mother to a vet and a very abused Harmony was returned to her breeder.
Being that I am disabled and home all day she let me have her hoping I could save her. I did my best and spent a fortune at the vet, but she didn't make it. It was truely heartbreaking.... the poor baby was blind in one eye, very sick, and had nightmares. I try and see the experience in a positive light... at least I was able to fill her short life with as much love and comfort as possible.
RIP Harmony...my poor little broken rose.
