Oh my gosh, how lucky is that?!? The nearest breeder to me is HOURS away, which is bad when I'm looking for a kitty, and good when I'm not! If I had a breeder in the next village, I'm afraid I would end up having a dozen cats!! :Woo:

A fellow python lover!! I have two ball pythons of my own.

Ball pythons are wonderful! I used to have a beautiful big girl named Liza and a wee baby. He was tiny. We called him "Worm". Unfortunately I could not bring them with me when I moved, so they were rehomed. They are loved though so it all worked out. I used to take Liza to the beach to go in the warm sand. *sigh* I miss that...

Arent they!! I have two females, Osiris and Isis, osiris was named before she was sexed :p Isis had a slipped disk in her vertibrae from being dropped at a petstore, so i brought her home, they were going to destroy her. She has now turned out to be a sweet chubby girl with a small kink in her back. She is the least heady-shy snake I have ever had, I can do anything to this girl, I have removed unshed eye caps from her without her budging, and can open her mouth without restrictions to show people her cute little hooked teeth. Osiris was badly treated and is a very timid snake no matter how much she is handled, but they keep each other good company. They are only 3 feet, great feeders though (some balls have issues with that), I cant wait for them to hit 5 feet, i love girthy snakes :p

My Liza and worm were very easy to handle. Well Worm was just a baby so he was used to it. Liza came from a great reptile "store" (I use the term store loosely because they were just so great with their babies. Wasn't at all like a pet store). She would snuggle up to me on the couch, go on walks with me draped around my neck. You could handle her head with no problem. I used to give her kisses and she would flick out that forked tongue at my face. She was so docile that she won many people over who were previously afraid of snakes. Not to mention the fact she was just gorgeous!

I had a red tail boa as well. He was a big boy but started getting a bit snappy. It got to the point I was afraid to handle him. The reptile store took him as the owner was going to work with him and then keep him at the store. They had a humongous Savannah Monitor that used to have his own area at the store. He was just loose. This guy was sooo cool! He was like a dog. He just loved scratches and attention.

lol i know i really thaught i would never find a breeder so when i searched on internet of the uk breeders list i recognised the name of the village so when i looked on her bebsite i almost had a heart attack they are less than half an hour away i was sooo chuffed. i'm saving at the moment tehy sell there kittens at a minimum of £1000 GBP which is going to take me ages to save but atleast then i wont be rushing into things and it gives me plenty of time to be prepared lol!

i love my ball pythons they are fab i am collecting them not sure when to stop lol it is the most addictive hobby i have ever had, i get my ball pythins from the US from Bob Clark he imports them for the UK collecters i'm sure most of you may of heard of him.
i had a het albino kahl strain granite boa once she was beautiful i had never seen a boa like her and never have again since but saddly she died very young about 3 weeks ago, she had fed and then ended up with bloat where she obtained a blockage in her digestive system it was horrible she died on the way to the vets, my OH was sooo upset i bought her for him as a birthday present last year
i love monitors if i had the room for another large enclosure i would be so tempted to get one however my chinese waer dragon's arboreal viv has taken up most of my dinning room lol he is lovely like you say similar to a dog weird really but i love him to bits i rescued him about a month ago from ald who didnt really have a clue, he was neglected to the max poor thing. he has a toe missing part of his mouth missing and is covered in scars he was living on a viv so small he couldnt even turn round in there soo cruel but he is here now and is spoilt rotten my OH is in the middle of finishing off his new 6 ft by 4 t by 2ft viv he will think all his christmasesz have come at once when he moved in there

ooo i love those names very unique i have photos of all my ball pythins in an album on my profile. my biggest so far is our 08 male he is just over 4 oot and his girth is getting bigger nicely he really is very beautiful he has loads of blushing on him very unique for a normal royal i have thught that he may be wild caught looks very different to most captive bred royals but he is silly tame and loves a cuddle
ball pythons are a nightmare in breeding season most of mine fast for months it really worries me even though its normal :Surprise: lol xx

i cant wait to meet the breeder and her sphynx's its very exiting ive seen sphynx cats at shows but i have never had the opprtunity to actually touch one or give one a cuddle i really cant wait and thaught of owning one is amaizing. i really cant wait to feel their soft skin i can imagine how it feels my friend has a hairless dog she was the softest animal i had ever touched. i'maiming to finally get my sphynx by the end of next year, the breeder has a waiting list which is quite long so the wait is going to kill me but atleast it gives me time to save and be preppared
