Help! Rash/Dry Skin around the eyes?!

Hello dearest Sphynx Lovers,
Our Little Howard has another problem now and it didn't change since I also tried only grain free food.
Since some weeks he's wearing a black "coon" mask over his face. Also his paws seem to be a little cankerous from cleaning his eyes.
Sometimes the skin seems to be really dry but it feels moistioned. Then I smooved it slightly with coconut oil. Somedays it's not even dry, just darker than his usual color (see attached photo).

Our first thought now was that it could be sitting infront of the radiator (its quite cold now in Germany) whats cursing this. But somehow the Skin condition was transmitted to his legs/paws ?!

Our Steward is fine and doesn't have problems with this.

Did anyone have this issue ? We actually dont know a vet with Sphynx experiences around

Could it be an allergy to the grain free? Change of detergent ? Litter?
Mine actually do better on grain inclusive -

Was there a food Howard ate before with no issues?
Hopefully others Can chime in your area with vet recommemdations
and suggestions -

A vet check is always Recommemded
I go to a vet that is not sphynx specific and she does great with sphynx
Consulting with colleagues If need be

Oh that sounds very strange. I bet a vet visit is the only way you'll know.

Do you have a complete body picture? It may be pigmentation, see this post - Sphynx discolouration.
