Help! White cluster bumps on my cat?

Im sort of freaking out for my cat!! He’s a rescue and we’re trying our best as we’ve never owned a sphinx but lots of experience with cats.
It’s on both of his front legs. Right is bigger than left.
I’m fearful for ringworm or soemthing that could be transmitted to humans but it doesn’t look that way so far. Pics attatched. Any ideas? Will be talking to a vet once they open in a couple hours. Not sure If this is a new thing cos we saw the vet last week Wednesday but they didn’t tell us anything.

I think it's just a normal part of their anatomy although I don't know the terminology, I've attached a pic of my kitten's paw for reference. The bumps are possibly hair follicles, I noticed my kitten has some hairs growing out of it. Hope that helps put your mind at ease but if it would make you feel better to get a general checkup, it may be a good idea since it sounds like you recently brought him home
