Hey guys, I'm Emmy and I long to be a Sphynx cat owner one day soon!
It sucks for me because I have a fur allergy (not a dander/ oil allergy) so the Sphynx is perfect.
I'm already owned by 2 Bearded Dragons, a Western Hog-nosed Snake and a Giant African Millipede.

Look forward to posting on here and learning more about the breed!

Hi! A big welcome to the Lair. I have allergies to everything--cats, dogs, grass, pollen, even roaches (no kidding, they test for that!) , nickel, you name it. Fortunately, sphynx don't bother me at all. I hope you are as lucky Being owned by hairless baby is the best!!!!

Wow, that sounds like me in a nutshell! I've gone for regular blood tests to always check my allergies and the cat allergy is one they reckon I'm slowly but surely growing out of as I'm aging. Maybe this will work to my advantage? :Laugh:
If anybody knows of a good, reliable breeder in the UK around the North West area I'd be totally stoked to hear of them; Drop me a pm!

When I bought mine I rubbed him all over my face and neck and then repeatedly rubbed my eyes with my hands that had been all over him!!! I had the same problem as you. I know this couple thought I was nutso! ( I got him in the UK while stationed at mildenhall) I had no reaction to him ever though! Good luck to you! Your pets sound awesome, well except for that milipede.

I've got a beardy too...he's 2 now and called Brian...very lazxy boy...I've spoilt him and he only likes to hand feed locusts now!!
