Hi everyone! This is Stella. She came into our lives December 31st, 2008. I find myself very lucky to have the little one in my life. So many stories to tell and so many pictures to show! I wanted a Sphynx for years and was hoping to come across a breeder here in Missouri. I would do my research then take a break, then do some more research and take a break. I didn't think I would get lucky. To make a long story short, my father came across an ad in the classifieds that simply stated "Sphynx kittens for sale". The first set of pictures the breeder sent us had only one of Stella and it featured the back of her head (I posted this photo in the album: "First Album"). Although I did not have a clear shot of her, I knew she was the one. We requested more photos of course, but it was that one photo that sold us. It's been an amazing experience since. Glad I am able to share photos and stories with you all! The albums are a work in progress.

Oh yes, I have a ton! In fact, while I was visiting my parents last night, I spent so much time trying to figure out which picture(s) I should upload to the thread, haha. Fortunately I made time to upload a few to the album. Unfortunately I haven't had time to burn the photos to a CD for the computer I am using now that I uploaded on my father's computer. The next logical thing would be to hook the camera up to this new computer my boyfriend just built. However, my batteries are dead and I cannot find replacements! Very unprepared! I've missed out on several cute photo opportunities such as Izzy (his cat with hair) and Stella cuddling for the first time. We just moved in together a couple of weeks ago, so we're still trying to get settled in. As soon as I find the time and the resources, you bet I'll be uploading lots more.

Maximus: That's great! Where at? I failed to mention that the breeder I went to contacted me over a week ago to let me know she is no longer participating. I did not ask her why because I did not want to impose, but I imagine it can be stressful for some people.
