Hi everyone!
I'm Rachel, and I'm located in northern Kentucky. Currently, I have no cats, but I have two pugs who live with my parents so my retired father has company during the day.
I'm in the process of buying a new house (yay!) and want to bring some foster animals into my home, though realistically I'll probably just end up adopting. I get attached!
I've worked with the local pug rescues here in Kentucky quite a bit, and I'm familiar with the difficulties and maintenance specialized breed pets entail, so I feel like a sphynx would be a great addition to my home.
I'm a vegan (who of course feeds her pets carnivorous diets) and animal activist, and I have a soft spot for breeds that have extra-demanding needs, as I know how often they aren't in homes that are able to give them the care that they need.
I look forward to learning more about the breed and the community as I hang around the forums!
