I don't want to get too excited but.......... MO HAS DONE A SOLID POO!!!! Well 2 actually! One last night and one this morning! And I'm sure you all know about Mo and his splats by now. Its been 18months of splats everyday. . . . .

LOL I think he was a bit surprised! Hes not used to pushing, he doesn't normaly have time for that! I think it could be the pumpkin but I can't believe it was that simple. What makes it so effective?

Pumpkin is high in fiber. I'm glad it worked!! Hard to believe, something so simple...

Because the pumpkin is high in fiber, it causes the intestines to draw out more water. If there's liquid poop present, this often draws the water out leaving the poop more firm.
