I got a hairless "Fix" today!

As you all know I am on the hunt for a new cat since my O'malley passed away last march. The lady in PetSmart let me play with this little guy today!! He was so sweet and friendly! Too bad my husband says no to all snakes and rats

Hairless rats are awesome! I've had as many as 20 at a time (back when I used to rescue). They make great companions!

I've never had a hairless one, but rats rock as pets--so sweet and gentle and loving. The only bad thing is their life expectancy is so short. Easy to ge your heart broken way too soon.

Cute cute cute! There's nothing wrong with getting a rat or a snake. I had two hairy rats at one point, but not a hairless one. I also had a California King Snake named Atticus. He was sweet!

Unfortunatley I cannot share your enthusiaism but I am glad you got your hairless fix today. I just can't seem to find it in me to not be freaked out by mice/rats. However, I'll play with snakes and lizards all day (and cats of course!). Go figure. LOL

awww he's so cute! i'm actually on the lookout for a hairless (hairless dumbo, to be specific) to add to my colony. i haven't had a hairless rat since my guido passed about three years ago, and i miss them. i've found a couple of hairless males around here, but since my current group is all females, that's what i'm looking for.

I remember Agnes! She was a cutie. If I didn't have such an aggresive cat (my male Siamese), I wouldn't mind getting a hairless rat.

I too dont like rats or mice but love snakes..
