I know I’ve been MIA for a while now. I’ve really not been feeling well and other life issues have been adding more stress. It seems I probably have a third autoimmune disorder and I’ve been fighting mouth pain for a couple of weeks, but my dentist was on vacation… well you get the idea.
Anyway, I’ve been burying myself in cuddling fur babies and doing diamond paintings. I found this really sweet diamond painting that’s going on my wishlist! I think you folks will like it.

I hope you feel better soon. That should be a fun pic to make. I have never done one of these, but our cat sitter made one for us of a different Sphynx design.

I’m really wanting to buy that particular diamond painting kit. It’s just so adorable! I have to admit that diamond painting is terribly addicting. But, ironically, through diamond painting, I ended up getting my daughter addicted to cross stitch! She’s taken to it extremely well, and I’m so proud of how well she’s doing with it. She’s amazing!
Anyway, today I get to go visit my dentist because my mouth, mainly the back edge of my tongue and part of my throat, has been hurting for about two weeks now and the top of my back molar feels sharp. It’s been a long two weeks, believe me, but this time I’m actually happy about seeing my dentist!

Just got home from the dentist. We have a really good dentist and I hate having dental work done and have a huge phobia about dentists, so this says a lot coming from me. It turns out I managed to crack the tooth and the sharp edges were what gave me a really nasty sore on the side of my tongue. Our dentist, God bless this guy, worked me in for a temporary crown today! So I’m home with a numb mouth and a temporary crown, but the numbness feels so good after two weeks of pain. It’s going to be a while until my tongue heals, but at least now it can heal!

Thank you all! I’m starting to feel better. My mouth isn’t hurting as badly anymore so it’s healing well and I got a message from my dentist saying that my permanent crown is already there!
Our black kitty, Brendan has been having issues with pooping just anywhere, and even pooping while he sleeps. We got him in to see the vet today and everything is pointing to an infection. There’s a slight chance of cancer, but the vet doesn’t seem too concerned about that right now. So we’ve got a bunch of stuff for him and hoping to see a turnaround for him. We’ve been so afraid that we were going to lose him, too. So! Hopefully, things should be looking up.
Here’s my first large diamond painting project that I finished recently.
