I just noticed something funny

Greetings fellow sphynx owners. I just noticed something I found rather comical about my buddy ButterBall. Every time he goes to drink water he sticks his nose down in the bowl until his face touches the water. I assume he does this because he can't see the water level. The funny thing is he jerks his head back as if he got stung by a bee. Very funny. I'm going to have to try to film it. I want to tell him " hey bud, just stick your tongue out until it hits the water. Ha, he just did it again.

Another quick story. I was doing something really really stupid. I can't believe this thought never even crossed my mind but I would cut ButterBall's nails AFTER giving him a bath. The thought never occurred to me to trim before the bath to save myself from numerous open wounds on my back and arms.

LOL Ariston does the exact same thing! Every freakin time! I think it's because cats can't see directly under their nose. It's funny though cause I don't remember any of my other kitties doing that...not like he does!
