Ross is no longer with us.
Together with his brother Toa, Ross was my first sphynx love. He showed me how deep the love for a naked cat goes.
He was always full of energy, yelling at the door to play in the garden. He loved to crawl in my vest and snuggle there.
When human #2 came into our lives 4 years ago he wrapped the human (not a cat lover) around his paw in seconds. From that day he was a daddy's boy with the beard of daddy as his favorite thing.
Today he left us after being not well for 1.5 week. I had an appointment at the vet to let him go this noon. But this morning he decided to go on his own time.
I think he knew that, when he would fly away from home, he could be burried in his favorite garden.
So now he has his forever place in the garden. I wrapped him in my favorite vest, the vest he snuggled in the most. His place is under the bird feeder tree, next to the hedge hog house and the butterfly nectar.
If Ross could have talked, his favorite line would have been "a day without playing in the garden, is a day not lived". So in a way he now lives forever.
Thank you for all your love my lovely boy. I'll miss all your headbutts!
