Instagram vs Pinterest

Which do you use? If you use both, which do you prefer? If you like both equally, what do you like better about each?

I like how varied Pinterest is, but it's so disorganized compared to Instagram.

I like Instagram. Have not used Pinterest in a very long time. I like that Instagram is slick and fast and easy to view pic of those with the same interests. I never feel guilty posting a bunch of cat pics and nature pics on IG. Being as I have played around much more with photography, I get immediate feedback if the masses like them. This is the chit chat section so I will share one of my favs from today's hike of a water bug and course my fav cat pic I posted on IG today as well...lol.

That is so cool! I only started using instagram when my nutritionist suggested it for logging my meals. It was a LOT easier than writing everything down. I think I opened a pinterest account when something I really wanted posted it as an option for a rafflecopter submission. I think. Okay, I guess I don't really remember. I do like how easy it is to keep up with friends' artistic antics on instagram.

And yes, IG is easy to use and fun to share with.

I've never used Instagram. I'm not much of a picture taker.
But, I do like Pinterest.

I like the breadth of topics Pinterest can cover, but their UI is quite cluttered. If they could find a way to streamline it, I'd easily prefer it over Instagram.

We use both, they are surly different platforms, Instagram is our favorite.

Just had an infuriating with pinterest's android app. I don't know if apple's is any better. Sometimes I have no idea who's feed I'm viewing, or if I'm in the general feed. And I'm not sure if I like the suggestions or not. Some funny stuff has shown up, but some real drivel has also surfaced, as well. I don't know what in my feed implies that I'd want to see scantily-clad women posing on beaches. I'm not even of that orientation.
