Aaawwww, he is so cute! I really hope he finds a wonderful new home. Better yet, with an SL member!

He is a cutie!

Why do they say that you should never allow a sphynx outside??? I bring mine out all the time during the summer...they love it! Mind you I wouldn't leave them out unsupervised, but they can go out...

I had looked into adopting Julius last week, however something tells me he isn't supposed to be mine.

On the ouside thing, of course we wouldn't leave our sphynx out because most of us did lots of reasearch on the breed. BUT when I talked to this rescue group they told me they see sphynx more often than you would think, but most have to be euthanized because they are so badly sunburned :( It broke my heart :( poor naked babies

I'm sorry it didn't work out for you and Julius.

And the bit about sphynx having to be pts because of sunburn... that's one of the most horrible things I've ever read. Poor poor kitties.

My gut was telling me he wasn't mine. Luckily they said they had lots of other applicants for him, so I hope they find him a great knowledgeable home. His foster mom seemed to want him, so maybe she will keep him.

I was shocked and appalled. I thought about it and sadly it makes sense. They probably wouldn't let people touch them to apply creams, and I don't know how they would desensitize their whole bodies. I was in tears when I thought about it later.
