Just lost my baby boy- looking for breeders in NYC

Hi all. This Wednesday I lost my best friend to his battle with HCM, it happened in our house. He was only 5.5 years old, I genuinely cannot understand how such an angel had so little time with us. We got him from a neighbor who used to breed sphynxes, albeit without any health scans, but thankfully she is no longer in the business. The loss is too hard on my family and me, and we are looking to find reputable breeders with thorough HCM screenings to adopt a new healthy baby boy to redirect our love to. Would love suggestions on where to start looking in NYC, especially the Brooklyn/Sheepshead Bay area. Thank you in advance.

Thank you so much for your kindness. His name was Botya, we're Russian so it was like an affectionate version of "Botox" (we thought we were being clever). I'm so sorry for your loss I have a female 6 month old from a very reputable breeder where I live down by Philadelphia. I know you are looking for a boy but I thought I's put it out there. If you want any info let me know.

Im so sorry to hear you have lost your beautiful Botya so soon. HCM is awful and steals away our beloved companions all too early . Unfortunately many members on SL can relate to your heartbreak including me . Wishing you all the luck in finding a good breeder (we live across the pond ) and one day Im sure you will find your perfect little one. Botya will always be with you in your heart
