So as some of you already read, Sanura and I made a trip to Petco the other day, after we left Petco we went and got Mcdonalds then drove the 30mins home and went to visit a friend of mine, needless to say we ended up riding horses and i left Sanura sleep on the floor of my car, when i finally did decide to leave it was close to midnight (we are all night owls lol) I climbed in the car and Sanura was sitting on the seat and the first thing that hit me was the smell, i knew she peed, and i felt bad because we were gone all day and stupid me didn't bring something for her to go to the bathroom in. Being the smart cat she is, she peed in my cup holder, so i thought "oh good that is so easy to clean up" so i cleaned it up and we went home. The next day i got in my car and nearly choked, it smelled like pee so bad so i bought a bottle of vinegar and poured it in my cupholder thinking that the smell was in the rubber, about 20 mins after i poured the vinegar in the cupholder it disappered! I was like now where did it go? Guess what? it leaked out of the cupholder......and........on the carpet! yay so now i have a car that smells like vinegar and cat pee! help me please lol anyone have any ideas as to how to get it out?

Nature's Miracle. Petsmart/Petco should carry it. It's an enzymatic cleaner that removes urine/feces from practically everything. I've used it to clean everything from chocolate, red wine, blood and red mud out of my carpet.

I swear by it. Dump it in there and copiously on the carpet where the urine should be and let it do its job. Doesn't require soaking up or rinsing.

 I had the same thing happen with Meecho. I took her out and she had to go poop so she did. Ever since then I ALWAYS carry a litter box in my car. I just buy those cheap disposible ones at petsmart that comes with the litter. When she goes out with me and needs it she has it and then I just pop it in the trash. no mess no fuss. Except on our last trip when she knew what it was and used it but didn't give me a chance to get the covering off first

oh yeah!! They are in the kitty litter isle and the one I have is made of plastic and there is a cardboard covering on it that just tears away to show the litter. I've also seen some that are made of recycled paper but I couldn't find them when I needed them so I just bought the plastic. The litter isn't the top grade litter that Meecho is used to but it's something for her and she doesn't seem to mind. She's just grateful to have one

Yes! They are usually made of thin plastic and have a small amount of litter in the bottom. You just peel the paper off the top and voila! They are very convenient, and you can get them at grocery stores or Target or Walmart - not too expensive, either.

I used to bring Harold to work with me (before he got sick) and I always brought the disposable litter pans along so I wouldn't have to schlep all the litter and box and stuff around.

I even know somebody that buys only the disposable ones for her cat to use at home, and throws them away every couple of days...that just seems like a waste of money to me, though!

They are great, we use them when we go camping. It saves having to bring her big litterbox.
