Large Lumps on Neck

Hello everyone! Any ideas on what this is? A few days ago I put a very cute collar on our little Nefertiti here. Everything was fine until I woke up one morning and found these huge raw looking bumps on her neck. I immediately removed the collar. She seems fine and unbothered, still full of energy. Today is day two and it looks a lot better. Since it’s better do you think I should still take her to the vet?

She’s doing much better! The lumps are slowly getting smaller and not red anymore! Might have been a cyst

Oh my gosh! Did your vet say anything? It could very well be a reaction to the collar materials in some fashion.

The vet said it was due to a scratch from our new kitten. Cats have toxins in under their nails and she reacted to it
