Level System Question

So how does the levels in the Lair work? Like the notable members, senior larian's, VIP, and just larian, ect. It's a cool system I am just curious how it's decided lol gotta love curiosity.

It goes by number of posts and threads you create, likes of your threads, you liking other posts or threads, its really about any and all interactions you do on the site so stay busy.
