Litter box worry

One of my sphynx's keeps weeing on things!
It's my female cat, they have 3 litter trays to choose from and I keep them as clean as possible throughout the day! However if anything is in the floor I.e - rugs/towels/clothes she'll try and urinate on them.. She has also chosen a chair she keeps weeing on... We have had to remove the chair- can anyone tell me why she could be doing this? I've been to the vet already so I'm all out of ideas. Thanks!!

Litter type? She could be sore when passing and associates litter with the pain of going to toilet?
