Little bumps on my sphynx

Hello, I have just noticed today these small bumps on my 10 month old, Doja. I have recently left the blinds open when leaving and I am wondering if they are from the sun. They are very small bumps and they aren’t red or anything. You can barely see them, only feel them. Anyone have any knowledge on this?

I’d just keep an eye on them. It doesn’t look concerning. My guess is clogged pores. If any change in color, scabbing etc I’d see your vet.

Is it warm and sunny at your place? Could be heat bumps. My girl has them in summer

My kitty gets bumps if I use scented kitty litter. My kitty is a different color than yours so I can’t tell if they look the same.
