Hi guys my 1 and a half year old girl has recently come up randomly with these spots on her face which seem to look like freckles, the aren't raised and don't seem to be a bother as of yet but I am hoping to find a skin specialist that might be able to address the issue.

@Sarahnerm welcome to sphynxlair. I'm not from your area so hope somebody else will chime in who knows a specialist. Even with her little freggles I love her cute face!

Welcome! Have you seen just a regular vet? They look to be just sun spots or freckles as you had mentioned. I would start with just a regular vet first, I don't think its anything too concerning. :)

I did a search here on the site for you for "freckles" - read thru some of the posts here for similar issues - Search Results for Query: freckles | Sphynxlair

After kitten stage skin changes occur. From pics it looks like me to be normal pigmentation. When in doubt or if irritation exists check with your vet.

Welcome to sphynxlair, good to have you.
I agree looks like skin pigmentation. But, check with your
regular Vet. A Specialist, do you have a University near you?
They usually have skin specialist.

@Sarahnerm is in Australia, where they have Summer now. I wager that her naked is spending time in the sun via the windows, causing the pigmentation. That's my guess, any way.

@Sarahnerm, as @Xandria suggested, perhaps it's from the sun. That would have been my hypothesis from the photo. They are heat seekers and will find a sunny spot anywhere not just sitting at the window. It could be the back of the couch, a sunny spot on the floor, etc. Do you find her seeking these sunny spots daily?

As an aside, to combat skin issues, it can be helpful for those sun seekers if you put up either UV film on the windows, or some other UV screen in those windows where the nakeds like to lay. We had UV film installed on all our windows (all our windows are South facing... so... yeah...), and Max hasn't had any "tanning" experiences LOL.
