hi everyone I have been looking to adopt a sphynx kitty for about 4 years now, I have been looking but haven’t found any yet, I am in the Bay Area and willing to drive, thank you so much!

@Ishariya , BIG red flags !!! for me personally at 2500 no papers. mine with no papers was 250 and the other 500. there are soo many creative scammers out there that copy and paste photos, health certificates etc. Both Sire and Dame from responsible breeders will be HCM scanned regularly

NEVER send money via Western Union. If possible - get a cat or kitten that is in driving distance of your home. Most breeders selling kittens or people re-homing or adopting out will communicate no problem via phone, emails or in person. If not - look somewhere else. Visit the breeder’s home if...

Thank you so much! Ok I will do that for sure, I love that so much!! Yes i have seen many scam pages unfortunately and have tried to report them, yes i have one cat unfortunately the other just passed away recently but thankfully my cat and dog have a good bond so they have been just cuddling together

Yes I was worried about that! It is one of my friends cousin but I was just wondering if that’s the price they are normally at without papers, it was a little scary to see that price, oh I love that so much! I love how it’s a reasonable price and they are coming from a loving home

Sharing my first was a surprise bday present. no papers, no records, he met her on the side of the road for "such a deal" . she was soo sick , threw blood clots and gained her wings by 2 yrs old. I always google search photos, google cattery name complaints and look for patterns. my first I found had sold sick kittens all over the US.

@Ishariya , sharing another option I never knew of in the beginning . I adopted a wonderful 2 yr old retiree from a Reputable Breeder. My girl was HCM scanned, spayed,, parents regularly scanned, and fully vetted spayed when she was 2. Her mum and I are friends ever since my gotcha day and in contact regularly. My girl ClaireBare is 14 1/2 now and acts like a kitten and never a vet visit. sharing often retirees fully vetted, HCM scanned , spayed, neutered rehoming fees typically around $600., a fraction of their intial cost of import etc from a reputable breeder.

We can PM breeder recommendations. we just cant list names of catteries on main page. happy to send you info on mine. she is experienced with shipping, courier and does routine HCM scans with dates listed on her site as well as DNA testing for other things.

His name was Milo he was only 2 oh no! I’m so sorry to hear about that, that is horrible for them to sell sick kittens like that. Thank you again much love. Unfortunately it’s not letting me upload a photo or file but once it does I will share!

I found a breeder asking 2k she said they were tica registered and gave me her number vi looked on the tica website but didn’t find the breeder. I emailed tica and never received a response. I saw a beautiful girl I really wanted. Mine passed a year ago and I miss her so much.

I truly believe our beloveds send us the one to love like they knew in this world. We can PM reputable breeders we have had experience with.

I adopted a wonderful 2 yr old retiree from a reputable breeder( who is very experienced in shipping/courier) at the fraction of the cost of her original import breeder quality cost. she came fully vetted, HCM scanned, spayed and is a total cuddle bug that is nearing 15 yrs old now. her first mum and I are friends since my gotcha day.
