Looking to adopt in philadelphia

Hi guys! if anyone has any recommendations or happens to see any sphynx up for adoption in the greater philadelphia area, please let me know! I have been searching for a while but havent had much luck - i am also more than willing to drive a few hours so if you happen to see any please keep me posted!

Welcome to the lair family! stay active here and check often. several of us have adopted from members. I adopted a bonded pair from a member.

I have all adoptees, another option I wanted to share is to contact reputable breeders and ask about upcoming retiree list. I adopted a young retiree, HCM scanned fully vetted and never a vet visit fo any issues and is 12 yrs old now. she is so velcro and acts like I had her since a kitten. (adopted at age 2).

the other adoptee was from a near scam craigslist ad. I highly recommend reading the fraud tips link if you are looking at ads outside sphynxlair.
do not hesitate to PM me any ads you are looking at for an extra peek for redflags.

How to Detect fraud sphynx cat adoption ads

What are some blatant and obvious signs of fraud or scams have you read about or stumble upon? Have any tips to avoid fishy transactions and deals. I would love to know some pointers, feel free to share.
