I just have Gracie I just got her few days ago shes 4mo old and she has already stole my heart she is soooooo sweet and presious, I didnt know how wonderful they are, I realy needed her in my life, so thankful, she gets real roudy when playing, going as high as she can and jumping but she does some body slams im worried she going to hurt herself ty

It sounds like you have Sphynx-itis. There is no cure, but a second Sphynx may help

Don't worry about Gracie hurting herself. Sphynx are very smart and with learn their limits quickly. Gracie will know when to take activity level down a notch. She must love playing with you.

I had three Sphynx between 1991-2008 when the last one died. Since then we have taken in a number of furry cats from shelters and rescues, but none of them are like my Sphynx. I finally couldn't stand being Sphynxless and got a kitten named Gleek about 6 weeks ago. Everything is now right with my world.

I have 2, Sphynx# 3 will arrive next month! Gable is 3 and Amaryllis just turned 1. Amaryllis was 8 months old when I got her, so this will be my first with a small kitten. I will make sure to have everything secure!!

Gracie is so cute Niles stole my heart immdiately. I knew whatever challenges may face us I will deal with them, just to keep him happy and healthy as long as possible.

Good for you going back to sphynx! (And by the way, I am a Gleek as well LOL)... I can't imagine losing my Gizmo let alone 3 babies!!! I guess you just have to think about ALL the joy they brought to your life, as I'm sure Gleek is doing now.

Gizmo is an only child. When he was almost 1 year, I brought him back to the breeder to see how he would react to a kitten... He about lost his mind when a kitten came near me! He hissed, smacked it, and then tried to go after it. So I guess Gizmo made that decision! But the two of us couldn't be happier! Soul mates to the core!

We have 2...Hibou was 10 months old when we got the new kitten and at first there was lots of hissing and smacking, but that went away withing a few days. They get along just fine now. They still fight, but it is mostly in fun...every once in a while we have to break things up.

Gracie is beautiful! Nudie stole my heart the minute I held her for the first time. Other than my children, I have never felt love like that As for the body slams, welcome to kitty play time (she'll be fine).
